Microsoft's VSS is supported by Red-Gate's Changeset, but it is possible to configure TFS (Visual Studio Team Foundation Server) to work with Changeset as well?
The SQL Changeset product help explains how to register your folders, and mentions supported programs.
http://help.red-gate.com/help/SQLChangeSet1/0/en/SQLChangeSet.htm
When you display the Register Working Folders (http://help.red-gate.com/help/SQLChangeSet1/0/en/Topics/SCS_Register.html), SQL Changeset automatically detects any SCCI-compliant source control applications installed on your computer. If you have installed Microsoft® Visual Studio® 2005 Team Foundation Server SP1, but SQL Changeset has not detected it, ensure that you have installed the Visual Studio Team Foundation Server MSSCCI Provider.
To manually download and install the "Visual Studio Team Foundation Server MSSCCI Provider" see

Once the SCCI provider is available, SQL Changeset will detect and use Team Foundation Server source control.
